  Item was as described. Was shipped quickly and packaged in a non-bendable box as it was a fishing rod .UPS did misplace the package so it was 4 days late, but that was not the sellers fault. Good communication with the seller. Good seller, will use again.

  I had a problem with this order. It wasn't their fault. Package arrived with nothing in it. They couldn't have been better at taking care of the problem.
