  One item was damaged on receipt, despite being well packaged. Contacted the seller who was really responsive, helpful and polite in arranging the return of the damaged item and a swift refund. Really great seller and would definately buy from again - in fact, I already have ! 🙂

  Last time the courier left my pkg outside the building and I’m no good at emailing,but this time I m over the moon as the seller put down for my pkg to be delivered to my door,I thought I wouldn’t have had to pay as I’m an older lady and certainly wouldn’t say I didn’t receive my package if I did, but leaving the last pkg outside was just pure laziness for the courier,but happy days I got my package,thank you

  As described! Think was a holdup with delivery not sure whose fault? I was looking at tracking & did update eventually for about 5 days later than originally told!
