++shipping time ok from out side USA. items NEW. we ordered based on description saying 110-130v as well as 220v assuming it was DUAL power and could be toggled between USA and EURO powers. BUT that was NOT the case. it is ONLY EURO 220 two round prong plug. it is not worth returning or arguing we will just find a way to sell it and order from a seller that shows USA 110v power unit.
