I have paced many orders for this product with this seller during the last 12 months and there have never been any problems. I absolutely recommend them; Honest with great communication and all orders arrive early and really well packaged [in my experience, the best packaging compared to any other seller]. I order these plates at 0.5mm thickness too but have never received a cracked plate! Wish I found them sooner.
