I bought my Panasonic Eluga from Ebay at price under 200 Euro and upgraded Android 2.x to 4.x. Reason why I wanted Eluga were the good experiences from Panasonic older phones. Eluga is not on the top of reviews. After couple of months use I have to wonder why not? It's extremely solid build, no feeling of plastic toy like in some Samsung or Nokia smartphones. It's protected against moisture and dust and it's lightweight and fits well to (my) hand... After upgrading to ICS operating system works very well and fast enough for me. So I'm very pleased to Eluga. There are of course some dislikes: Battery life is probably not the best one, however after downloading Easy Battery Saver I can live well with the battery, with normal use (mainly calls and SMS) it lives about 3-4 days. If you are all the time in internet, the battery life would be something else like in any smartphone on market... So I think the battery life is not a problem particularly concerning Eluga. An other dislike is the ringing voice: it is too low. It means that you are maybe not able to hear phone ringing in the car or in noisy location. I'm afraid there is no cure for the fault.
