Gentle Iron Bisglycinate is a great pick if you desire something more easeful on your system for iron digestion and absorption - I have intense IBS which has worsened over the years and something like this seems a good fit. I love this product! I was told I needed extra iron by the Dr, but when I tried to take prescribed tablets they gave me terrible constipation. I found these online and gave them a try and they're not constipating at all. Plus they're good value as the jar lasts 3 months. I had my iron levels checked again and they're much better, so really pleased I found this product!

I find these iron capsules easy to swallow and effective. Doesn't cause constipation which can be an issue with many iron supplements.
