A very comprehensive analysis of a huge range of products / foodstuffs. However I would have preferred specific weights of products / portions as "small portion", "heaped tablespoonful" and so on can be interpreted very differently. Useful as a reference for general calorie counts though.

II bought two full price but one of them was obviously second hand as it had markings in ink on various items. I was a bit annoyed as I had bought one for my daughter and unfortunately I gave her the used one as I hadn't checked it.
