Many different exercise examples to keep your workouts unique and will continue to challenge your body. Muscle definitions help you understand how the muscle structure on our bodies work together to perform each excercise. If you want to increase in size of a certain muscle group, the other muscle families must contribute as well. Book fits nicely in a medium size gym bag. Also has example workouts (exercises and reps) to perform to keep your body guessing. Also a breakdown of a sample day of how many meals you should be consuming on an average day. The amout of each of the meals will vary depending on what your goals are.
This book gives a wide range of modifications to well known exercises, as well as some new exercises I hadn't learn yet. This book gives me great options for my personal training clients. I bought this book to give me some new ideas and I would reccommend it to all my male clients as a helpful guide, and to my female clients for some new options. The pictures give a great example to folow and are easy to comprehend.
I'm always looking for new exercises and workouts and this book has a wide range of workouts. Stuff I can do at home with my limited equiptment as well as workouts I can do at the gym. I haven't really bought any other work out books before but I do pick up Men's Health magazine from time to time and have found their style to be easy to follow and this book is very similar. I would recommend it if you are looking for structured, easy to follow workouts.
This book has so many awesome workouts very simple straight to point, do this get muscle type stuff. Recommended!!!!

Best book out there.. full colored photos of excercises, different variations of excercises. Also included smart FAST cardio workouts and nutrition guide to help you reach your goal fast. I bought the book because it gives you many different variations of each exercise, so you can switch up your workout every couple of months to avoid plateau. Great read must buy!! The only thing I can think of improving is to explain which specific muscle it targets.
Works great. Very informative with great illustration. Already losing fat & gaining muscle. I recommend this book to anyone.

Great book. Great exercisea and a ton of health information. This is the 1st editiin though. The 2nd edition has 50 more pages.

Very clear on all of the different exercises and labels it by different body areas. It has been helpful for someone who is starting to workout again!

The Men's Health Big Book of Exercises by Adam Campbell, Has Multi workouts to help you get in shape it comes with good photo's and choices if you dont like one try the other, you can use this book in or out of the gym, I really like that it shows the right positions so you get a good idea of what you should be doing. this book is good for the Beginner or advance.
