I am guessing that many of these have been sold to measure individual temperature for Covid risk. Around body temperature I found the readings to be inaccurate and inconsistent.... at face value I should have been suffering from Hypothermia not Covid at 31C. Performed better in the Pizza oven, where +/- 10C makes little difference. It's in the kitchen drawer with other novelty items

These are good for and only for use in a workshop/industrial setting. Accuracy is limited as exact readings can be intermittent by a few degrees. THESE ARE NOT GRADED FOR HUMAN MEDICAL PURPOSE.
