A bit dubious about buying a used product but can I tell the difference...No. All perfect apart from no box. Instructions available online and cant fault it. If you've had an android the Google is a little different but play around for a little while and its fairly easy. All reviews accurate and if you occasionally watch YouTube, internet and emails, battery life very good. I imagine if your looking at movies all day then it will suffer (as with most smartphones)
