Very detailed journal , to help whip your body into shape by eating right, along with working out to get your blood flowing! This has worked for me in the past...many years have passed. I felt it was time to jump start my body for the New Year and get inspired. Nobody does it for me like Bill Phillips! I can't wait to see what I can accomplish in the first three months of 2023!!

This is the best investment that I've ever made towards my health. I purchaed this journal over two years ago and was able to lose over 35 lbs!!! I've maintained my fitness level by follow the guidelines in this journal. It was the best change that I've ever made in life. It's no longer just a book to me, it's a way of life. I will never go back to my poor eating habits again. This journal helps you to discipline yourself with not only your eating habits, but exercise as well. This introduced me to weight lifting and cardio interval training. I always thought that weights would make me bulk up, it was the exact opposite. I've gained lean muscle mass, which increases you metabolism, and look better that I ever have. I recently purchased two journals for family members. I know that this will help them to reach their fitness goals & will help you too. I also recommend reading the body for life book that goes along with this. I've used this before and it made the difference between Great Success vs. mediocre success or even less. Plan your day; follow your Plan....seems easy, but it's not; the Success Journal seems to make the difference. It IS a lot of work........but the RESULTS are well worth it! I bought it because I've been "moving backwards" without one and need to get back on track.
I have the other body for life products, but this is a relatively newer addition. At first I was hesitant to spend the extra because in the progress tracking book there is space to journal but I found this much easier to use and helpful to keep me on track. Seeing my own writing and being able to look back at my progress helped immensely. If you are thinking about starting the program or have done it before and are looking for that little extra, I would recommend this. Good luck all.
Great journal. Outlines each days goals and then what you accomplished for workouts and your meals. Makes it super easy to track!

Even though this book as published in 1999, it's got a foundation that works. A lot of self-discovery along with scientific evidence written so that anyone can understand. It's not a book that you can pick up and start following the next day. It's a process that is SO worthwhile. It will start you on the right path, support you along the way, and guide you to your future self! Highly recommend!!

I have used this as my workout journal for YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The info never goes stale.The pics are awsome and the day to day accounting you must do for yourself will keep you on track. This jounal can be used as a tool no matter what program you are doing. I do not dislike anything about this journal. This program is an older one, but still give me the best results. The journal is the key to success for me. I need structure. The book provides the information. The journal provides the structure.

This book is an extremely great acompaniment to the Body for Life book. I initially attempted to create my own journal but after taking a closer look and now owning and using the Body for Life Journal I am positive I made the right decision. I saves me time, it is to the point, it is a very important part to the success of the Body for Life challenge. I stongly advise anyone who is committed to the Body for Life challenge buy the Body for Life Journal to us along with the book.
I used the journal for my own BFL challenge, but know it would be a great guide, during any workout program. It's very easy to follow, taking you through 12 weeks. Documenting the exercises, weights used and workout duration daily, allowed me to see my progress. Recommended for anyone!
