hi .ive not long had my computer up and running long so for that reason alone so far ive rated this item 4 stars .but for what i can tell it is alot quieter than my last hard drive .i cant say if its any faster maybe its the windows that are running slow or need updateing .time will tell but its not slow just not real fast as yet .western digital are known for quality products and so far no problems only been 6 weeks since installed .the model i have bought i would buy again but going by what i here about western products i hopeing that isnt going to be for along time .for what i here from friends they have had their products going in to years . you can get other western digital models that are better but more money .my only advise would be is stick to what your computer was build for eg.in my case 32bit sata 1 or 2 . memory wise go as high as you think you need and rpm 7200 is good enough any lower is still good but higher obviously will be better but so will the price .my opinion dont go with cheaper brands .they do the same yes but are noisy and wont last .western digital is at a good price.pay cheap get cheap pay god get good .western is in that bracket were you get good for average price .Vollständige Rezension lesen
