Have just finished assembling this turntable. Initially had difficulty in assembling the three sections of the base but eventually it just slotted together and I wondered what I had been struggling for. All recessed into baseboard, will support this as found in online advice. All looking great . Next to add motor (LOCOMOTECH)

Went together fairly easily and seems to operate well. A useful addition to my layout.

Easy to build and open to detailing which it needs, the handrails are too thick which is common on all plastic kits, luckily Marcway rails slide in ok, height issue not massive.

Great model to have. Based on a real turntable in the UK. Is such a must have. They also do an N GAUGE as well.
