There's not much to it really, switch the tester on and press the button on the fob. If the fob is transmitting the LED lights up. Couldn't be simpler.

The delivery time was good as was the price it's just i don't like the fact that when i go to use it to check the radio frequency key transmission the RF light is on and continually flashing which makes it difficult to tell whether the key fob is working properly or not. I spoke to the supplier shortly after i got it and apparently what it is doing is normal???

If you regularly have to test key fob remote control units on vehicles (may work on TV controllers etc) then this is mandatory equipment. Cheap to buy but saves you so much time and effort when checking door locking problems etc. Auto off so saves its own battery too. Will pay for itself on your first job.

Didn’t come up to my expectations. Seemed to pick up interference even out in the open & LED blinked at random. Unit had a short range compared with car & remote fob. Sent back

Bought to replace the same one lost when my premises were burnt down in july 2022. It's effective at a cheap price .I love it .
