It's made by Apple, so it is expensive, and you can't expand the memory with a card like you can on most other mobile phones. The only thing going or it is Facetime,an apple product which they said they were going to release to the world, they changed their mind and kept it just for apple devices. totally unethical, since Microsoft have completely wrecked Skype
