The Echo Show video is excellent quality and easy to use to call and chat with family. I find it serves well as a radio - the depth of sound is better than the echo dot. Small criticism is the screen angle design - really needs a stand to tilt & rotate.

Can't turn off Bluetooth so it interferes with existing Bluetooth networks. You can tell it to forget other devices, but it needs an Off setting so that it doesn't try to pair with other devices that happen to be in range. This woudl also save power. Simple setting fix, but the manufacturers have been careless. Device works well over a wi-fi network so Bluetooth is only needed if you want to add speakers or connect a Bluetooth only media player, for example.

I love my Amazon echo it’s great , love the sound of music playing through it (speakers great sound) the reminders are a god send to me as I have a lot of appointments that I attend so it’s great , picture on videos is great too , would recommend it to any one it’s a great piece of kit .

The product is pretty sound but definitely built to a price. Although the screen is colourful the resolution is pretty poor and I find the interface a tad sluggish. I mainly bought it to go with my ring doorbell though, and for that purpose it is perfect
