Hallo, ich bin 57 und habe Arthrose Grad 3 in der rechten Hand am Daumengrundgelenk, zu viel gearbeitet ... schmerzhaft, der Arzt sagt, da bauen wir ein künstliches Gelenk ein, habe ich aber keinen Bock drauf! Bin jetzt gerade in einer Woche weit über 2.000 km und über 20 Pässe in der Schweiz und Norditalien gefahren, mit meiner Honda ST 1300. Einfach genial, keine Schmerzen, nur maximale Performance, maximaler Schub, geniale Bremsen und immer alles unter Kontrolle, keine Schmerzen im Daumen, einfach nur gut! By the way, kein einziges Motorrad hat mich überholt und ich bin nur einziges Mal an einer großen BMW nicht vorbeigekommen, der Typ konnte wirklich gut fahren! Alle anderen haben mich in den Zentralalpen vorbeigewunken, na ja , fach alle... :-) Meine Handschuhe waren die ganze Zeit nassgeschwitzt, mit diesem kleinen Teil hatte ich die Gashand immer unter Kontrolle! Was sceptical at first,but I am now a convert. Somewhere to rest my thumb is welcome,as I get arthritis in my hand these days,but it also aids more precise throttle control,particularly handy in traffic and tight spots. Try one,it surprised me!

Would recommend buying this as it makes twisting the throttle soooo much easier and once you’ve got used to it it is also a lot more controllable as you don’t use as many muscles great little bit of kit super easy to adjust

This throttle buddy has enough flexibility to fit onto handlebar grip. I had bought a different make, which was hard plastic, but it snapped when I was fitting it. The throttle buddy (when you have it positioned correctly) takes the strain off your wrist on long distance rides. I have used one for as number of years now, but lost it, hence the replacement !
