The phone overall is a pleasure to use. There are only a few quibbles. 1) It could benefit from removable microSD storage to complement built-in flash; 2) A replaceable battery would extend its life; 3) Google really should spend more effort on usability testing of the Android OS and its applications. Both Android and Google apps seem increasingly to take more clicks than should be needed, and hide commonly needed settings in increasingly hard to find places.

Love the nexus 5s LG D820, however as of Dec 2015, it's been out quite some time since it's first release but is still awesome phone. The 5x has only slighter better specs mostly on the camera pixels, 4K, & extra memory if you pay for it. still only has the Gorilla Glass 3, which means breaks just as easily. WARNING: This phone will break & often does. The carriers hate this phone, specifically Sprint & Verizon, who refuse to let the ESN/MEID even be considered on their network. As soon as you attempt to turn on the phone, those carriers inform you they don't support that device. A Sprint MVNO called "TING" indicated the new MEID is GSM only. They turned on my old Nexus 5 CDMA. Ariel Elliott (Ting Help Center) Dec 28, 08:39 Hi Kenneth, I ran your new MEID through our checker ting /byod and it seems as though your new phone is GSM version! So that would be why the ICCID is saying it's not valid. You'll need to get a Ting GSM card in order to get that new phone working! So I purchased a Verizon SIM card, they refused to add the phone, tried it online and in store. The version I purchase does NOT support CDMA at all. it as D820 as advertised, but the one carrier I attempted to register the phone with said it was GSM ONLY, even though it was a LG D280. I got it from HK for $170 it took almost 30 days to arrive. AT&T put it on their network just fine. WORST YET: Google FI refuses it too. You need the new 5x, 6, 6p, no news of when it will be allowed. it does run Android 6.1 Marshmellow very well.Vollständige Rezension lesen

at first, front camera resolution is a little bit noisy. but automatically updated to android 6.1 marshmallow, it became clear. operational respose is very quick, better than ZTE BLADE VEC 4G. image resolution is better especially at the dark shot. I'm totally contented :)

At the time of release, this phone provided solid performance at a great price point, with the only real challenged areas being the camera, battery life, and call quality to some extent, in my opinion. Used as a handheld PC/laptop (using apps, browsing, playing audio/media), this does just fine. Now, at a much lower price especially for used devices, I would recommend this to about anyone not needing a high-end camera or high-end speed. It's certainly adequate in these areas, and still considerably less than competitoes from Samsung, etc.

THe phone is excellent. The android OS is pure, no bloat. Fast, and sharp. The camera is average. Battery is below average. If this phone had good battery, I would give it 5stars.
