You still need to work on your willpower. Because they’re 24hr I sometimes wake up in the morning and the patch has gone missing overnight. Plus working outdoors I do tend to sweat so sometimes the patch will move but overall quite pleased with the results.

If you are adament you want to quit money, &, are short on money to buy them from a pharmacist, or, just frugal with your cash, these are for you however, have sellotape at hand, as i have found that some, 'Have Sticking Problems', &, 'They Tend To Come Off, On Hot Humid Days'!!! Not only that, i have only just discovered that, 'They Are 3 Years Out Of Date, NOT GOOD'!!!

I've tried , NHS app, pure will power, gum, spray and now the patches. Really helped, 4 weeks in , 2 weeks to go onto the next stage. Feel amazing already.
