Aktuelle Folie {CURRENT_SLIDE} von {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Meistverkauft in Ukulelen
Very cute, and compact, but no Ukulele by any stretch. Light weight - more like a backpackers or toy guitar. Maybe I'm not playing it right, but it does not sound like a ukulele - guitar sound with uke chords. Bought it because of unusual configuration. Too expensive to ship back to England.

Well made,Looks amazing and turns heads. Quite a pleasant and bright sound but not as mellow as a conventional uke. Benefits by stringing with better strings. Extremely packable. However, I bought this because I thought that since it has a full size fret board it might be easier to play than a conventional travel uke. In fact I find it harder. Perhaps I need more practice with the absence of a stock above the fretting hand. Also I prefer the sound of a conventional travel uke. So, if you want fun , buy it but, really, for practicality , I will still be travelling with my old sopranino

I read a lot of online reviews of this product before buying, and I'd have to say they were mostly spot on. The Ashbury Lonely Player Travel Ukelele doesn't sound like a full-sized ukelele and there are a few trade-offs, but, if you want a compact instrument to take along on trips to practice, it's hard to beat. It's very small, fits easily in a backpack or rollerbag, and seems to tolerate being packed in and amongst clothes and such. It is quiet - which for me is ideal, since I used it in hotel rooms and the like. I think the price is fair considering its value as a compact traveling instrument and the build quality is up to that task.

I travel a lot and wanted an affordable and playable uke. This one fits the bill. Unique design. Not too loud (hotel room). It could use fret dots, and coming from England it took about a month to get to vermont. Otherwise no complaints.

If you are looking for an amazing rich sound, then this is not the ukelele for you. If you are looking for a small, light, easily transportable travel uke, that is fun to play, then it is great. There is something very pleasant about holding this ukelele, it is very tactile and the rounded corners are very satisfying. There are a couple of parts that could have done with being srounded to match the body, but all in all this was a great value purchase for what I needed.
