Delivered promptly and came with all supplied accessories. The only gripe would be that when I tried to fit one of my own cables into the 3.5mm jack it would not fully insert but when I tried the supplied cable it fully inserted into the socket. Thus the socket might be a little out of spec. Other than that it works well; I am using it to convert the output of a Raspberrypi computer to VGA as my monitor does not have an HDMI input..

Does exactly what I wanted, and what it claimed to do. Came with 3.5mm and USB leads in case you need to pass audio through, or have the best possible video quality.
