This is the Second Wetab 32GB I have bought, from the same Seller on eBay.DE. I sold the first one quite quickly, for several reasons: 1.The audio system (microphone) was appalling!! I wanted it mainly to use for 'Skype', and the microphone performance was absolute rubbish. VERY noisy for the other person, faded and came back and went altogether sometimes, although the ISP internet line was working perfectly. Secondly, the Makers seem to think everybody is a geek, and automatically knows how to work with it. The lack of a comprehensive Manual, in English, just left me unable to use it properly. So I sold it. And then I waited for 7 months, heard they had upgraded the OS, and so I bought another. Still the same useless microphone (placed right next to the cooling fan?? Come on germany..youa re usually MUCH better than that! Then I couldn't get my USB mike/headphones to be accepted or recognised, and despite several emails from aftersales service, it was never dealt with at ALL. In fact, they just stopped answering my requests for assistance. THIS to ME is a tragedy. It is a beautiful piece of equipment, and I am SURE there are thousands of things MORE I could do with it, if only there was a decent user guide to help me. The other thing I hate about it, is the virtual keyboard!! It pops up right over where you are typing, and if you aren't a competent touch-typist, you can't see what you have typed!! Even the cheap Chines tablets have a system whereby the typing area automatically rises up the screen,so you can see what you are typing!! It really should have an independent mike input, instead of forcing the user to make do with the very poor microphone built-in. SO, all in all, a beautiful piece of equipment, but almost useless to people who don't understand more than the basics of adapting the machine for their own personal use, without a University degree in IT/computer science. I shall be keeping this one, in the hope of getting some resolution to my problems...but I shall not be holding my breath.
