This product has saved (delayed) me spending a lot of money at a time that I don't want to be spending. I have a seriously chipped front tooth and Prime Dent has helped me repair and cover this without anyone being the wiser (besides me). The instructions don't clearly explain that the two smaller bottles are like a liquid epoxy. When I mixed those two ingredients and then applied them to the chipped area first and then mixed and applied the puddy-like material, the whole cured material lasted weeks longer than without that process. You can then mix some more of the liquid epoxy and apply a shine to the hardened finished material, making it look more natural. It may take you a few times to get it right. Make sure you have a game-plan before you start. Practice with the material before you apply it to get an idea of how fast it hardens. Good luck.Vollständige Rezension lesen

I feel I need to write this review to hopefully help others make a better informed decision. I want to share that for me personally, it did not work. I think the reason why is that my problem was that my left upper canine tooth was chipped at a 45 degree angle and broken off 50%. Therefore, the composite did not stick for longer than a few minutes. I tried many times to make it work, and it did not. I want to share this so that people can understand that for some like me, it may not be suitable, depending on how the break of the tooth presents. It does harden though as advertised. I think it may be a good product, as others have had success. But I think people should know that it may not work if their tooth is chipped at a particular angle and especially if it is the canine tooth that bears an unusual pressure.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Instructions are non-existent for the lay user, otherwise I would rate this product 5 stars. Look for how-to videos on YouTube about application. A good amount of material is provided and you'll need it until you get the knack of applying it to your satisfaction. I used it to repair 3 chipped front teeth on a full, metal-backed upper bridge. I did not use the etchant because the surface of the chipped teeth was already rough. My first try lasted 2 weeks but I used too much material. Second try was better. I'm sure the third try will be better still. Does it last long? Too soon to tell but honestly, professional bonding is very expensive and it doesn't last either, especially on a porcelain bridge. I'm very happy with the improved appearance of my teeth and smile, and will continue to use Prime-Dent as often as needed.Vollständige Rezension lesen

It is pretty easy to use, it has been in for a couple weeks now, do not know how long it will stay. It came out of the smallest fill. It seems to work best on a larger fill. So far so good. It is not as smooth as your enamel, a little on the rough side. Your tongue has to get use to it. But over all, a good fix.

Well, I hate to admit it, but some times I can't afford to go to a real dentist so I end up patching a tooth on my own. With this dandy little kit I've patched and reinforced a few fillings and a crown that broke. None of the repairs have chipped or felt weak when chewing on harder foods. SUGGESTIONS: 1. work in a cold room below 70F, if the room is warm the composite hardens faster making it difficult to work with. Otherwise you have to mix multiple small batches until you get it right. 2. Ask a friend or spouse for help. Trying to work inside your own mouth while looking at mirrors is more difficult than you might think. A second pair of hands will also ensure a cleaner fit, look, and feel. 3. Only mix the amount you need. No reason to waste a great product. If you can, dry fit a piece of clay or putty to get an idea of how much composite you need. This works really well for replacing a filling that has popped out. 4. Don't use the echant if any part of your inner tooth beyond the hard enamel is exposed. You will experience extreme amounts of pain!! If this happens, nutrilize the acid on the tooth with vinegar (do not swallow) 5. READ ALL instructions carefully and thoroughly so you know what you're getting into. This process takes precision and a steady hand. All things considered, I highly recommend you go to a dentist if you can swing the finances!Vollständige Rezension lesen
