We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.
 
All prices are quoted in £ sterling.
 
Payment terms are cash, paypal, credit/debit cards and cheque (subject to guarantee or clearance)
 
Title of the goods remains with KMS until payment is made in full.
 
Delivery prices are quoted for mainland UK only – Certain areas of the highlands, Northern Scotland, Ireland and the Chanel Islands may attract a surcharge. For delivery other than mainland UK please contact us for a quote.
 
We will give you an estimated date of dispatch for your order. If these dates cannot be met for any reason we will try to keep you informed of any delays and when you can expect delivery. Whilst we make every effort to keep to stated delivery times we cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of a failure to meet estimated delivery dates and times.
 
Please check for any shortages or damages to your delivery and if possible advise us within 48 hours of the delivery . Provided that this notice is given we will arrange to collect, replace, and repair or refund the goods free of charge.

To cancel a contract you must give us notice within 30 days starting from the day after you receive your order.
 
 
 
You have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to our address below.
 
If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

    love seat for a couple--pity it is with the wife????

    A good friend --across the way asked me to find an item like this for his garden..i spotted your company unit..excellent in every respect-quality price looks-delivery. great unit very well thought out and produced..     Basic finish

    Finish could be better. After assembly I noticed that the would was a little rough and a bit more sanding especially on the arms where your hands rest. Another shortcoming is that it has clearly just had a single coat of stain sprayed on which will not protect it from a winter. I will have to sand it down and give it a coat of yacht varnish.

    Poor instructions .Poor pre drilled holes.

    The instruction sheet was printed so faintly, we had difficulty working out which bit was which. Also a lot of the pre drilled holes were slightly off, so we had difficulty getting some of the bolts in. It took much longer to put together than we expected, and after getting it all together we realised that one panel was on the wrong way round, purely because of the really faint instructions.
