The iDevices Switch is a good product if you are trying to make your's a "smart home". Its easy to setup, the app works well with lots of features. Integration with Siri is not 100% reliable - you usually have to repeat yourself at least once. Hopefully that will change. Still, being able to say the words "Turn lights on" into your phone and have them come on is rather remarkable. Definitely better than Belkin.

I bough this to control the lighting in a Curio cabinet that we recently purchased. once the device was set up (properly) it really does work quite well. I knocked one star off the rating because of the set up process. even if it were a new device I could see this being a pain in the backside. I consider myself a bit of a techie and wow did I have trouble with this. it took me nearly a half hour to get it all sorted out. if you don't get the instructions with it make sure you download the idevices app so that you can get the instructions on how to put it into pairing mode.

Apple HomeKit integration is really great and makes operating the plug more convenient than most alternatives on the market (assuming you have an iPhone). App interface also is pretty good and encompasses other smart devices in your home.

setup or reset can be difficult but once up it meshes seamlessly with apple's homekit. i have a wall switch dimmer. be aware that wall junction boxes are not standard and if you have all electrical connections for the 1960's their products will most likely not fit into the junction box.
