TAMIYA 1/32 CORSAIR
Incredible kit from Tamiya. A great deal of detail present throughout the model. Not necessarily a complex build, just a big kit with many pieces. The fit is first class. Tamiya (as always) paid careful attention to things like the cockpit assembly and detail. The photo etch pieces provided are more than enough for me. Instructions are concise and easy to follow; just plan your build accordingly and enjoy the process. I've heard people say that this is not a kit for beginners however, this is my third build (first 1/32 kit) and I have enjoyed each and every step (and find it a fair amount easier to deal with than the first two 1/48 kits I built - which were both Tamiya and both very well engineered kits.Incredible kit from Tamiya. Another great 1/32 Tamiya aircraft
Another amazing kit to add to my collection . Very complete with lots of neat extras , crisp lines and no flash to cut off . Detail is very sharp and accurate . 5 stars on all my Tamiya 1/32 aircraft . Different options let's you build different aircraft with a pilot standing and in cockpit . Very happy. I'm really into models that show interior and engines with removable panels . Stand let's you model in flight or on deck with wings folded or extended . Doesn't even need any photo etch upgrades as it comes with it .Another amazing kit to add to my collection . Very complete with lots of neat extras , crisp lines and no flash to cut off . Very detailed kit with clear instructions. Amazing engineering. Get one for yourself!
Another amazing kit by Tamiya! This version allows the F4U-1D or FG-1D (Goodyear made) Corsair to carry bombs or rockets. D models were instrumental in fighter sweep and ground support missions, two major battles being Iwo Jima and Okinawa. Many say the Tamiya kits in 1/32 scale or the best. I would have to agree
