  The seller is a courteous person, updating me on the item as it was (promptly) shipped, and when it was supposed to arrive on my end. When it did arrive, they checked in, to touch base in case the delivery had been taken/misplaced or had not arrived (i.e., if it had been delivered but had to be taken by the post office because no one answered the door). Nicely packaged and a polite letter, there is little more that I could add in positivity to this seller.

  shipping was super fast to america (only 5 days from japan!) and it was free. there was no protective packaging material but thankfully it was undamaged aside from corner wear on the box. the item was not truly unopened as stated in the description (the sticker seal was replaced and a different material than the original sticker seal, and the protective plastic film on the figures was removed and not present) but the item was in like new condition with all its pieces so i'm happy anyway.
