Items that are not made to order or fully customized to user specification are returnable for up to 30 days from purchase. Please secure package contents securely and safely before return and obtain a return label from ourselves through Ebay. Please send images and a description of the issue with the item be it damages or wrong item sent on the return case for us to investigate this further and correct. Once returned we will refund the item if not damaged and complete.
 
Any items that are made to order or fully customized cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is damaged and images of this are sent showing the items damage or a wrong item is sent different to proof or initial specifications that where confirmed. We cannot accept change of mind returns or general returns for made to order items and items that have been fully customized to user specification per distance selling regulations act for customized items.
 
For general stock items where a change of mind occurs and an item is returned due to no longer wanting/needing the items or wanting to change it. The buyer must select 'change of mind' or 'not wanted' under the return options and all return fees are payable by the buyer. Bought the sticker or my Daughters 21st ... stuck on balloon as the instructions filled it up with helium and the sticker must be top heavy as the balloon would not stay upright or float with helium so was disappointed...

Hi was all the application tape fully removed from the decal once applied? this is not usually anything we have encountered prior and sounds sadly like a problem with the helium quality itself causing an issue as the vinyl decal is extremely light weight at 70 micron thick. If the helium is not of a high caliber it will have more air to helium ratio causing the balloon not to float. The vinyl wont stop the balloon from floating at all. Kind Regards
