The body of this impact driver is too wide for this attachment. The only way you can mount it is by turning the driver upside down and mounting it on the handle near the trigger. This blocks the forward/reverse switch and makes it very unhandy to use and control. I believe the cheaper model Malco with the fixed handle would be a better solution. However, mounting this attachment is not the only problem I had with these shears. I bought the shears to make a lot of angle cuts across 5 rib 29 gauge common metal roofing in the gable end of a large building. The shears cut through the flat metal like hot butter until you get to one of the raised ridges. No amount of manipulation would result in a clean cut up and over the ridges without scarring the paint and looking ragged. I finally ended up using manual hand shears to cleanly cut the ridges. I would recommend the shears if you are going to cut mostly flat metal or rip sheets lengthwise. But for my use, I would have to say I was highly disappointed.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Bought this tool for cutting steel roofing. Cuts good but you still have trouble getting over the corrugations. You can mount the cutter upside down on your drill so you can get the base of the drill closer to the sheet to get over the corrugations easier. Also when you make a cut it wrinkles the left side of the piece being cut. It's better than getting burned by hot chips using a circular saw but not the ultimate tool for cutting steel roofing panels.
