This is an Excellent sounding DAC/DSP which as comply my spectations. It sound wonderful with excellent synergy with ones from Beyerdynamic DT990 with T90 drivers and earpads, and Denon AH-D5000 cable installed. The soundstage is phenomenal and the speed is very fast. faster what my other portable source which isn´t lowend. I was blow away with that setup and with the Super XFi activated with the default headphone in the list; specially in movies and with some stereo material and mono (i haven´t tested still much material). This have multiple options for personalize, and is easy to use and configure. The only downside that i have, is that it have a slight noise in some low frequencies in high gain, and sometimes in low gain too, when i have the SXFI selected. it could be the unit what i received.
