  • A very worthwhile, informative read........

    Tons of great information your doctor will never have the time to tell you, all explained in clear, non-medical terminology. Exercise and massage techniques are also clearly pictured and easy to understand. The only downside I see is that following this plan takes alot of time each day which may not be possible for someone who has a full-time job. Even if you dont have time to do the whole routine each day, you may find parts of it very helpful in relieving your symptoms. Its worth a try.

    Never realized that so many unexplained symptoms I had that doctors never helped me with and were negatively affecting my life had their cause in pelvic floor disorders and could be improved by physical therapy. Eye opening book! Gave me hope! After reading, found a local physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor disorders. Highly recommend it!
