Customer Service
We are available Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm (except bank holidays) and we endeavor to answer any query within 6 hours of these times. All listings are untested and sold as seen. If it is not included in the photographs or description, it is not included in the sale. Incompatible / Does Not Fit items will not be eligible for free returns with the buyer covering the cost of return postage. If the item is returned used/worn/not in original packaging a partial refund will be applied. Payment & Delivery
All orders placed before 1pm Mon – Fri with full and cleared payment, will be dispatched the same day. We accept PayPal as a payment method to enable us to follow eBay s buyer and seller s protection policy. Payment is to be made within 24 Hours from the end of the listing via PayPal and we will only ship to your registered PayPal address. Please check your address before making payment. Postage is to UK Mainland, but we are happy to post elsewhere for additional cost. Please contact us for confirmation prior to bidding / buy it now. Combined Postage is available on Multiple Orders so please message us before paying for your items so we can send a Combined Postage Invoice. Cash on collection may also be accepted but please contact for confirmation. We try to use and reuse recycled/recyclable packaging wherever possible
 
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss refund and return options available. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in it s original packaging. The item will need to be returned in an unworn/unused condition. We may offer an exchange and will not refund until the item has been returned to us. We will be happy to offer a refund for the purchase cost if there is no damage to the item and all terms above are adhered to. We reserve the right to offer partial refunds when items are not returned as above. Items that are returned after 14 days may not be refunded and those that are sent prior to acceptance is at the buyer’s risk. Buyers are always responsible for return postage costs unless the item is proven faulty or inaccurately described.

    This is the second time I have had A4 laminate pouches. This order resulted directly from the previous order, as I had found the price reasonable and delivery good. Again I was not disappointed. Despite submitting my order close to Christmas and despite the promise to deliver the parcel between Christmas and the New Year, I was surprised to receive it as early as the 23rd December. What more can I say, excellent service and one very satisfied customer.
