Longer than the Bigsby B3, and better for this reason, this tailpiece is more suited for larger 'Electric Spanish' models of semi-solid and hollow-body guitars, and IMHO, stays in tune better than the B7 or other dual-roller vibratos (less friction); and, given sufficient archtop angle, doesn't need to be screwed down--no holes in your axe. I only wish I didn't have to cut off the tip of the 'end bracket' to fit my ES-XX, which is thinner than the bracket allows. Bigsby should include one with the B6, as it is really the best vibe to use with this type of guitar. Thankfully, I found a shorter (N.O.S.) end bracket available on good ol' eBay! The bracket is removable by easily knocking out a pin at the end. Another reason the B6 is better for ES models than the B3, is the length of strings on the tailpiece side of the bridge, which can be long enough to cause 'wolf tones' to occur, and also that excessively long strings on this side can contribute to tuning problems. I HIGHLY recommend swapping out your Tune-O-Matic for a 'Tone Pros' locking roller bridge, and also buying a 'Butchie Bar' to further facilitate accurate tuning stability. Finally, use 'nut sauce' or a similar lubricant for the nut, or--for absolute accuracy--having your local luthier install an 'LSR' roller nut. ALL of these accessories are available through eBay! BTW: the B3 is a great vibrato, just more suited for a smaller guitar! Vollständige Rezension lesen
