Returns & Refunds:

• If you are not satisfied with the product, a refund is allowed as long as you inform us within 7 days of product arrival.

Reporting Faults:

The item arrivd promptly and was as described. Unfortunately, I had misinterpreted the decripttion and it was not what I wanted. I contacted the sender and I was asked to return the item post free. Threre was noo hesitation in giving me a full refund.. Although I was not able to do business with this seller on this occasion and on the basis omy experience, I would highly recommend this seller.

This supplier has sent me the wrong item, agreed a refund with the supplier, but the supplier requested me to go to the nearest mailbox to post back the wrong item and take a photo near to the mailbox. All this hassle for only £1.99 which is his fault. Then after all that done, they sent me a message saying “are you sure you want a refund” !!! So i do not recommend to deal with such tricky suppliers !!!
