There was a 100-year cap on release of information regarding the 1865 killing of Abraham Lincoln, similar to the current block on 1963 JFK event still preventing release of serious details. Between 1965 Lincoln info ban lifted and publication of The Lincoln Conspiracy in 1977, serious info was released and the book could be written - of course Lincoln's Chief of Security was at the center of the killing of the person he was supposed to protect. Arrived quickly in great shape.
