    Pema., plain and simple

    Pema speaks in plain lanuage that all can relate to. I got this CD for my sister after I read the book. She has played it over and over again. My sister remarked that Pema takes a complex mental process we take overselves through annd lays it out in simple terms. We can learn from all of life!
