Bought the book for less than £3 second hand. I think the healing works! It suppose to work for all images relating to health or any problems we wish to " calm". I tested it immediately on quite unimportant, but still very upsetting and annoying parking dispute which was taking my life over that week. Within just two healing sessions of about 6 minutes I am calm and can return to my memory images without the stress associated with it. If this works on such unimportant, but still stressful situations, taking away the stress element and calming me down I am confident it will work on more important and life changing situations too. I am ready to deal with if any come along. Good luck everyone.
