Unwanted Items – Returns
 
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advise you take out postal insurance. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.
 
Faulty/Damaged Items - Returns
 
We will endeavour to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid/buying amount at our discretion. All returns must be in their original packaging. We will email you a Returns Label, you will require access to a printer to print out a copy to attach to your parcel.

This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the watch, and is automatically lost if the watch is opened by non-qualified or unauthorised people. Straps, glass and batteries are not covered under the guarantee. All other products: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade) from the invoice date. We do not give cash refunds. If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification. In order to process your warranty claim we will require a copy of your invoice, which will act as your receipt of purchase.You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

WEEE Regulations
 
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law.
 
The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.
 
The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
 
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
 
Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination.
 
This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
 
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled.
 
Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
 
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
 
We obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
 
For example, if a customer bought a new power drill from us we would accept their old power drill and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely.
 
Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
 
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheely bin symbol.
 
Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations
 
As a supplier of batteries, we are obliged under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations to accept waste portable batteries for environmental disposal.

Please be aware that while we will accept your waste batteries for disposal, this is unlikely to be the most economical or environmentally friendly option available to you.
 
Many shops and supermarkets, as well as some schools, town halls and libraries, in your local area will provide battery collection points that may be more convenient and economical for you, and in turn will provide a much smaller carbon footprint.

    Poor quality and not up to the job

    I bought this fryer because it looked almost identical to the one it replaced. However, there were a few features this one did not have. It had one less warning light to show power was on. The lid was so poor I think it would have broken very quickly. The last one could be easily removed for cleaning. This one had very poor fiddly clips. The actual frying pan had a gap between it and the stainless steel outer casing, which would inevitably allow water and oil to get inside the electrics inside. There was no clip which fastened the lid, whereas the old one had a small lever which fastened the lid securely. The worst point was the temperature. It took ages to fry the chips which eventually came out soggy and not crisp. I have the equipment to measure the temperature of the oil. On its ...

    Inadequate fryer

    I left positive feedback for this item before having a chance to test it's effectiveness longterm. I used it once after which, it didn't turn back on and heat up. After the first use, it seemed to over heat after cooking the food and didn't return back to a normal temperature within the expected time frame. I had to leave it by an open window whilst it smoked continuously. I truly hope this is not a dangerous batch of items and perhaps I got a faulty one, but even for the price I paid, which was mid range, getting only one use out of it is not what I would consider good value for money. My advice would be to pay more for a branded fryer with a warranty from a trusted source.

    well-designed, attractive fryer.

    great, well designed. attractive on a worktop, chip fryer. one shortcoming though - being placed forward on a worktop when frying, the handle sticks out and is easily knocked or caught when traversing up and downs ones worktop. So we turn our fryer sideways for safety reasons to keep the handle out of the way.

    Fantastic and amazing product. I am very impressed with this lovely product. Heats very quickly and very hot, so be careful. I was so impressed I bought another one for my friend. Lovely product would highly recommend. Has a lovely design and nice and light.

    Few chips short of a happy meal at the right price

    Great little fryer ideal for three to four people easy to clean and store away and half the price of leading brands my wife loves it best thing since sliced bread
