    Part of a three book set, hard to find. Class is Thomas So well! Man is a national treasure! Takes completed subjects and brings them done into a common sense easy to grasp format.

    Conquests and Cultures, by Thomas Sowell

    I bought it because I have enjoyed several of Mr. Sowell's books. This one is the third volume in a trilogy studying the impact of various human activities on cultures around the world. His conclusion that "human capital" has a far greater impact than genetics or colonialism on the advancement, or decline, of different societies is persuasively supported. I'm looking forward to reading the earlier volumes, Race & Culture and Migrations & Culture, which I have, but have so far neglected to read. Curtiss Ryan Mooney Vancouver, WA mooneycr53@hotmail.com
