    Would have liked the book to have more comprehensive cooking chart for items commonly cooked in air fryers. Says to cook meats, poultry and seafood to safe internal temperature but chart doesn't include this information. Some of the recipes provide the safe temperature to reach on meat thermometer.

    Clear Instruction

    This book has clear cooking instructions and a variety of different dishes, but it doesn't have many pictures. However, it is better than the small booklet that came with the air fryer so I'm still glad I bought it.

    Useful

    For the most part, I am able to get some good ideas from this book, but my air fryer is much bigger than the one used in the cookbook, and has racks and rotisserie. I would like to find a cookbook that speaks for the type of air fryer that I have.

    if you use air fryer-get this book and learn more ideas

    i think i will enjoy reading thru it for new ideas- i have a small air fryer-but with all the new recipes to try-might go buy the larger one--i enjoy reading cook books and even thinking how i want t change them for things i might now like in the dish
