It's a great phone to have. I like the fact that the touch screen does not freeze that much. The Battery life I cannot complain because if I have alot of applications running then I don't expect a long life before recharge is necessary. Good OS I rate it over the bold 5. The Bold 5 I have access to keeps on freezing up. The Torch takes real good pictures and you can toggle quite quickly between camera and video options. Its definitely a Good buy. Its not too big like the iphone or the Samsung S3, hence it holds quite comfortably in your pocket.
i bought this phone because i wanted a smartphone that was ata reasonable price, was easy to use, and had a large enough screen size. what i love most about it is that it takes really good pictures, the touchscreen is easy to use, and it is a big step-up from my old cheap phone. what i hate with this phone is that the battery time is too short and i have to recharge every single day or twice daily if i use it alot. i would buy this phone again though because it looks good and it feels good.
It's a good phone, look great and feel solid, The camera in my opinion is very usable and pictures look great, takes good HD video also. There are a few issues though, i dislike how blackberry jumble all the music files on the memory card together, wish the separate music folders on memory card would show up like that in the media player. A next issue is that the phone would freeze/hangs on occasions and you would have to wait at least 20 seconds before it unfreezes.
I just recently bought this phone to replace my Storm2 after its screen cracked after drop #20 or so. I must tell you that I am pleased with the new phone. It is light years beyond BlackBerry's first attempt at an all touchscreen phone. All the major hiccups that came with the first Storm are gone. No slowdown, battery pulls or random resets so far. The OS 7 in the Torch is WAY WAY BEYOND what was in the Storm. The interface is more fluid, graphics are good and the overall user experience is 100 times better. There is so much that has been improved that you have to try it for yourself. I just wish the phone was 4G and I would really be satisfied for at least 2 yrs. The only thing I miss about the Storm is the screen click. The Torch screen doesn't move, other than that I don't miss my Storm2 at all. If you're not app crazy and a trend follower, try one of the newer BlackBerries with OS7. You may be pleasantly surprised.Vollständige Rezension lesen
I have no issues with the seller of this phone but I can tell you that I will probably never purchase another Blackberry phone. I was very disappointed in the features of this phone. I had it activated yesterday and started trying to figure out how to use it. I started with setting up my Facebook on it. I was able to do this with minimal problems. I then attempted to put the Pandora app on it. I could not find the app in the app on or even access the app world on the device I was prompted to upgrade my app world and when I attempted it wouldn't do anything so I went directly to the Pandora website. I clicked to get the app and was prompted to install the adobe flash player. I attempted this and received got a message that there was not a flash player version for the operating purchased of my device. I went online last night and purchased another Droid phone but different than the one I initially had. The second phone I purchased hasn't arrived yet but I'm hoping that I will be able to access the app store and install apps of my choice on the device.Vollständige Rezension lesen
