The Firm -- Body "Tiring" System!
I wanted The Firm weight bar, and it came with three Firm videos. This particular video is very tough if you're like me and not in tiptop shape. You also need to buy some of The Firm equipment if you want to do all exercises exactly like the instructor. This video was definitely the hardest exercise video I've tried and certainly the hardest of the three-pack of Firm videos that came with the weight bar I purchased. If you're in great shape, you'll love it. If you're not, you may want to pass on this one -- maybe choose a different Firm video.I wanted The Firm weight bar, and it came with three Firm videos. Best workouts for busy women on the planet!
The Firm has been my go to for decades, and that won't change one bit as I age. LOVE the Firm.

total sculpt, greaqt workout
I personally enjoyed this video. I am not in the best of shape, but I did do it and with pretty decent form that does get better after a couple of times. I recently started The Firm videos, and this one is currently my favorite. I get a total body workout with cardio, and light weights or heavy, I choose. The video flows into different exercises well and continues. From cardio, to light weights, to more cardio. I definitely recommend this one.I personally enjoyed this video. A good workout.
I like this workout, Jen Carmen is the lead Firm master instructor. I really enjoy all of her workouts. This is a good combination of low impact aerobics and some weight training. Dumbells, The Fanny Lifter, sculpting stick and a matt for abs (if you would like) are what is needed. I was surprised it was not more difficult or "sweat busting" like other older Firm workouts. It is good for the days you have energy but do not want to over due it.I like this workout, Jen Carmen is the lead Firm master instructor. I really enjoy all of her workouts. I bought it because I wanted to have different exercises to do and it was on the calendar. I haven't used it yet I just got it. But I like doing the firm exercises. This is the only program that I have stuck to. Every other one I start for a day then quite. I have been doing the firm since August and I love it.
