In the absence of anything better, this mat does the job. The protective surface is kind to small delicate parts but does pick up lint, which is then quite difficult to shake off. The rubberised backing prevents slippage on shiny surfaces, ensuring that the mat stays put. Too early to judge the long term durability. The mat is quite thin and does not suggest 'heavy duty'. Time will tell.

I feel with this product you are paying for the name over other properties such as quality. I don’t like the fact fibres stick to it and is difficulty to remove them. I like it’s a large size which is great but other than that it’s not worth the price tag in my opinion.

Great item, thinner than I thought it would be, but still offers great protection for any shotgun or firearm placed on it. Have used it a number of times and even stuck it through a wash - the decals came off but it's still more than useable. I would recommend and purchase again if needed.

Does what it says on the tin, protects kitchen tables etc.... it’s just a shame that products like this aren’t readily available like they are in the USA and as such we end up paying too much for them!
