DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
All orders paid for before 2pm, will be dispatched on the same working day. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.
All UK orders will be sent by APC Overnight or Royal Mail. Saturday Delivery and other Priority delivery services are available at an extra cost. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and other non-domestic locations will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Collection is currently unavailable.
 
 
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Whilst we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and as described, there are rare occasions where the item can be damaged in transit. You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of payment being received. If you would like to cancel an order and return an item to us, please contact us via eBay. YOUR 12 MONTH WARRANTY
All items are covered by our 12 Month warranty (unless stated otherwise). The 12 Month Warranty period begins from the date of delivery. If during this period, your item develops a fault, please get in touch with us straight away. We will endeavour to diagnose and fix the fault without a return, but if we are unable to do this, then you will be provided with return instructions. Once the item has been returned to us, we will either repair, exchange or issue a refund for your item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer if you are returning the item(s) to us because of "change of mind". If you are returning the item to us because it is faulty, the return costs are covered by us (Within 30 days of receipt). Repaired items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer. Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover consumable parts of the item, such as the battery.

The Margin Scheme - All items sold under the Margin Scheme will not have a VAT component on the invoice, therefore no VAT can be reclaimed.

    Great headset with superb sound

    I bought these looking for an good budget mic £30, it has certainly been a good purchase; the sound quality is great, the build feels durable and it offers features such as game and party control, I would highly recommend it.

    Good headset for gaming and using on a computer and mobile phone.

    Works well on my Xbox one and laptop. Sound quality is good enough to listen to music on as well. I have also used this headset plugged in to the headphone/mic socket of my android phone and it works well for making calls. I also like the option to remove the microphone when using it just for listening.

    excellent value for money

    brought these for my 9 year old son and he loves them even more the fact you can take the mic off and use them as standard headset for his tablet, they are great value for money and comfortable... so i brought my self a pair

    Turtle beach ear force recon 50x headset

    I bought headset for my sons for Christmas. My boys wanted exactly this model and they are delighted. Best feature is microphone as you can adjust it very properly close to your face. Other headsets from this brand, more expensive are not good as those.

    Good quality mic

    Surprisingly good quality for the price! The headphones are a little tinny for music, but fine. The microphone is actually better than I expected. Bought for DND gaming chat but I would use this mic for professional work. I have had some connectivity issues but that may well be Discord/my laptop's fault.
