    Priceless book if you’re interested in building with logs

    Since I got a wild hare to build a log home, I’ve accumulated 15 log building books. This is one of the best. Allan Mackie is arguably the GOAT (greatest of all time) when it comes to Knowing EVERYTHING related to building with logs. Well written and also very entertaining, this book pretty much covers it all. Mr Mackie was a true legend. What I’d give to have a fraction of his knowledge, talent, and experience. This book is a must-have if you’re interested in the subject. The pictures I’ve uploaded are the location I’ll Hopefully be building on. Shown is the first felled and peeled tree. I’ll either get in great shape or die trying. 😉
