DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
All orders paid for before 2pm, will be dispatched on the same working day. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.
All UK orders will be sent by APC Overnight or Royal Mail. Saturday Delivery and other Priority delivery services are available at an extra cost. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and other non-domestic locations will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Collection is currently unavailable.

All items are covered by our 12 Month warranty (unless stated otherwise). The 12 Month Warranty period begins from the date of delivery. If during this period, your item develops a fault, please get in touch with us straight away. We will endeavour to diagnose and fix the fault without a return, but if we are unable to do this, then you will be provided with return instructions. Once the item has been returned to us, we will either repair, exchange or issue a refund for your item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer if you are returning the item(s) to us because of "change of mind". If you are returning the item to us because it is faulty, the return costs are covered by us (Within 30 days of receipt). Repaired items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer. Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover consumable parts of the item, such as the battery.

The product is very bad, not as described. The battery has refused charging and always shows some error messages about power 🔋. Also, the charger that came with it's not good. Again, it only has 2% charging and goes off when not plugged into electricity. I have tried several times to contact you to no avail. I'm very angry and unhappy about this product you described so much!

    iPad 5th generation

    Yes iPad is expensive but they are the best tablet, and very durable they will last years. I’ve linked mine to my iPhone so if I have a call while using the iPad I can take it on the iPad my notes and contacts are all there as well. Really enjoy YouTube, eBay easy to create and view emails. The fifth generation main benefit for me is it’s much lighter. Less wrist fatigue

    Ipad

    Had it for about a week and really enjoying it. The battery life is amazing, plays games like Minecraft, etc really well and fast and has some amazing built in apps that I am liking a lot. Previously used all android devices and whilst I do like them a lot, the iPad will be my go to portable device. 5 stars from me!

    In love!

    Absolutely delighted with my iPad, in great quality with only a few scratches on the corners (not visible with a case) and runs extremely well. 10/10 would reccomend.
