All the basic Bhutanese dishes are presented, But I have been there 8 time and cooked with families, so I am used to the heat! No discussion of chilies versus Ema is presented. Also the selection of cheeses is not really discussed. I don't think Bhutanese in the US use Gouda as a substitute!

    This book has all the information you need on making wire components that are the bones of jewelry construction. If you want to make all aspects of a jewelry piece this book will guide you through. Excellent reference source
