My son and I have now collected 7 of the Lego modular buildings and this is our absolute favourite. It is hard to see how any of the remaining 8 modular buildings can beat it. So much imagination in all these brilliant buildings but this really is the tops with us.

I bought this for my wife as a gift and she enjoyed every moment constructing it - in fact it is still standing in its finished form two weeks later. Normally she will dismantle it immediately. It really is impressive and an absolute must for the modular collection. I don't recall she encountered any problematic parts and she worked on it over the course of three days. I believe she rates this second to market square in her collection - that of course is a personal opinion.
