This refurbished laptop has been excellent value for money. Very good condition. As you would expect from a Dell it is very robust. Battery holds its life very well (I was getting more than 2 hours worth after full charge). It's fast, and easy to set up / use straight out of the box. The charger provided in the box works (but was not an original Dell charger and I found the laptop became a bit sticky when trying to use it whilst charging). Not a problem as I have my own Dell charger and of course you could just charge the thing up fully and then use it. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and will be getting another!

Having already owned a Dell laptop very similar to this one, I chose this because of that, and because of the cost, which was very reasonable. I needed it for working on my website and for general office work, and it copes admirably with this. Absolutely delighted with it.
