Great product at a nice price! Very slow shipping, though -- I ordered on 3 Feb, the item was labeled soon thereafter, but it was only actually mailed on 17 Feb and then arrived on 21 Feb. I never thought I'd need to wait this long... But everything arrived exactly as described, and it was just what I needed.

PM325 Sprint
I like the phone, it has good sound quality. The slider part makes the phone seem like a cheap made phone, but it makes the screen larger, and takes decent pictures. What I don't like about the phone I purchased, is it didn't come with a charger, and I'm having difficulty finding one. I ordered one on E-bay, and it never got to me. Still fighting with USPS, but that is a different issue. Overall...satisfied with the phone.I like the phone, it has good sound quality. Good Little Phone
I have owned this telly for 5 years...just bought another for back-up cause first one is gettin a bit tired and I like the phone. The one problem I found with this phone is the shut-off when the flip is closed wears over time and the display will stay on thus wearing down the battery. There are a couple ways to jerry rig a fix, but it becomes a constant battle over time. I'm sure it could be permanantly fixed by replacing the little rubber piece that covers the switch.I have owned this telly for 5 years...just bought another for back-up cause first one is gettin a bit tired and I like the phone. A good, basic flip phone
Great little phone - keeping in mind it's a flip phone and not a smart phone. A good choice for a phone if all you want to do is talk. Works well for Sprint's voice and text services. No need for the more expensive data plans with this phone. The "extras" are a calculator and calendar function. Both are easy to use. Camera is very low res, but acceptable for my needs. I use the pics for phone screen wallpaper and don't post to Facebook with this phone. Note that this phone does NOT use polyphonic ring tones, so the new stuff you see in the Sprint store will not work. Stick to the basics. My only complaint is that the phone does not ring very loudly with some ringtones, so I turn the phone to vibrate when I'm out shopping or somewhere noisy, so I don't miss a call. 3G phone with 4G value.
I bought the Zio as a replacement for the Sprint PPC-6700, which lost its software support earlier this year for Windows Mobile 5.0. The Zio comes with android 2.1, now downloads "froyo" 2.2 upon activation, and will probably receive "gingerbread" 3.0 by July 4th. Although technically this is not a 4G phone, it has all the features of 4G made available by the frequent android platform updates, save 4G network speed (which in itself is still a work-in-progress). I have all the apps and features of 4G phones, including wifi hotspot creation (even though I need an update to 802.11n protocol). The clock speed of the Zio processor is 667 Mhz, about 67% of the top-of-the-line 1 Ghz processors for many 4G phones (but not all of them). Given its $250 price tag without a sprint contract, and its 3Q 2010 release, sprint positioned this phone to take up the slack for an incomplete 4G rollout last year. Maybe in another 2 years, Sprint will complete its 4G rollout coverage to outerlying areas, particularly my home. In the meantime, my enhanced 3G phone with duplicate, if not staggered, android updates, will have to do.

This phone made a great christmas gift for a senior. The pink color is appealing. Basic cell phone functions are very easy to use just open - talk - close ect...
